Alma Burn is located on the Guadalupe River in Central Texas. There are many potential risks, and you are responsible for reading the Survival Guide and being fully prepared for the event and any hazards it may have.
You must bring all the food, water, shelter, and safety supplies you will need to survive the four day weekend. There are no vendors, and we will not provide any supplies. Make sure you bring personal items such as toilet paper, prescription medications, soap, aspirin, insulin, contraceptives, inhalers, and any other personal items you need to be comfortable. You should bring your own first aid kit. Flora, fauna, terrain and weather are all dangerous and unpredictable. You must be radically self-reliant and prepare for any hazardous conditions.
THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS! You swim at your own risk. If you do not know how to swim, or are not sober enough to swim safely,, stay out of the water. The Guadalupe River is a constantly moving body of water, and depending on flow, can move very swiftly. ABSOLUTELY NO MINORS IN OR AROUND THE RIVER WITHOUT A PARENT OR GUARDIAN! If you put yourself or someone else in danger, you will be ejected from the event.
You must read the Survival Guide. There will be a quiz.
